A little more easterly, in the middle of the Netherlands, we cycle through the polders of Utrecht! It is a total of 40 km and we start in Amersfoort. Via Soest and the royal palace of Soestdijk you cycle in the direction of Baarn, before diving into the Eempolder. Try taking this route early in the morning, when morning mist is over the fields and birds are waking up. Beautiful and full of peace. With a chance of rare meadow birds.
